These terms cover the Rainbow Cleaners website and the Rainbow Cleaners text message program. Rainbow Cleaners is operated by V&K Kleen Inc., doing business as Rainbow Cleaners, 249 Route 202, Suite 10, Somers, NY 10589.

Order text messages

Program name: Rainbow Cleaners Order Updates.

What you get: texts about your own orders, such as a receipt when you bring an order in, a notice when your order is ready for pickup, and pickup and delivery updates. No marketing or promotional texts are sent in this program.

How you sign up: by telling a Rainbow Cleaners employee "yes" when asked, in the store or by phone, whether you would like order texts. The exact wording staff use is on the text message sign-up page.

How often: message frequency varies with how often you bring orders in, usually one to three texts per order.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. Rainbow Cleaners does not charge for these texts.

Stop anytime: reply STOP to (855) 912-5722 to stop receiving texts. You will get one text confirming you have been removed, and no further texts will be sent unless you sign up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are sent from (855) 912-5722. Signing up is not required to use any Rainbow Cleaners service.
